What is DLRIGNITE COM?

Dealer Ignition will show up on your credit statement as “amz DLRIGNITE COM” or “GOOG DLRIGNITE COM” or “PayPal DLRIGNITE”

Who is Dealer Ignition?

We’re a small software company based in Greenville, SC that makes web-based software primarily for companies to co-op their online marketing with their dealers. We’ve been in business since 2007.

Why are you charging us?

This is either a recurring charge for Co-op SEM, Co-op Email or Sales Sync or a one-time charge for support installation services. Our promotional services are used by companies like: Vigilix, Karastan, Leatherman, and others.

Why does my statement list: “AMZ DLR IGNITE?”

We use Amazon Payments for our merchant banking needs. Amazon adds the prefix AMZ and we have put “DLRIGNITE COM” in our name to identify our services. This is to prevent charge backs from services we have provided for you to promote one of your brands. If you need additional billing help, submit a billing support request and we’ll help you as best we can.

Doesn’t ring a bell?

If the product names above don’t ring a bell, you may want to ask around the office. 95% of the time someone else at your company signed up for the services or products through one of your vendors.

Can we get an invoice for the charges?

Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you (or your co-worker) provided when you/they signed up. If the charge is for service from Dealer Ignition you can log into your account, click the Account tab, and you’ll see a list of all the invoices we’ve sent.

How do I cancel my account?

If you know the product you’re signed up for you can cancel your account at any time. Just log into your account, click the “Account” tab, and click the Cancel link. Once you’ve cancelled you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for all previously incurred charges.

Can we get a refund?

Charges are non-refundable, but once you cancel you will never be charged again. We don’t have long-term contracts, lock-in, signup or termination fees. Just pay as you go and cancel when you’re done. Please see the refund policy for further details.
